Good Morning Everyone,
As Thanksgiving is around the corner, this will be GACSN’s theme for Saturday. Program will be held back at the Bob MacQuarrie Centre for our regular start time of 12:30 pm.
Our afternoon schedule includes: making a Thankful Turkey, a Turkey Hunt, and Pumpkin Relay Races. We are continuing our class with Janet, so please assure to pack: a water bottle, running shoes and a change of workout/ light clothes.
